王峰娟，女，1969年出生于安徽省凤台县，教授，博士。主要讲授《企业财务学》、《企业集团财务管理》、《投资管理》等本科与研究生课程，主要研究领域为财务理论与方法，在企业集团财务管理方面有较深的造诣。在《管理世界》、《会计研究》等刊物上发表专业论文80余篇，出版专著1部，著作、教材10余部，主持的项目包括：国家社科基金1项、国家社科基金重大项目子项目1项、教育部新世纪优秀人才项目1项、北京社科基金1项、财政部重点课题1项等，参与国家级、省部级课题10余项。先后获得北京工商大学本科教学优秀奖、北京工商大学青年教师师德标兵、北京工商大学优秀教师、北京市中青年骨干教师、教育部新世纪优秀人才等奖励或称号。2009年在加拿大多伦多大学等多所高校研修学科建设和科研团队建设，2013年赴爱尔兰考克大学访学。

Wang fengjuan, female, born in Fengtai county, Anhui province in 1969, professor, doctor. Her main research field is financial theories and methods, and she has deep attainments in enterprise group financial management. She hosts some projects, including: one national social science fund, one sub-project of the national social science fund major projects, one new century talents project of ministry of education, one Beijing social science fund, one key project of the ministry of finance, etc., and participates in more than ten national and provincial departmental level projects. She has been awarded the outstanding undergraduate teaching award of Beijing Technology and Business University, the model of teaching ethics of young teachers of Beijing Technology and Business University, the outstanding teacher of Beijing Technology and Business University, the core teacher of young and middle-aged in Beijing, and the new century outstanding talent by the ministry of education. In 2009 she studied discipline construction and scientific research team construction in University of Toronto and other universities in Canada. In 2013 she visited the University of College Corker in Ireland.
