郑宇花，1986年2月生，2016年毕业于中国矿业大学（北京），获管理学博士学位。现致力于公司财务、碳金融市场等方面的研究，曾参研多项国家及省部级课题，在国内外期刊上发表论文7篇，参编专著1部。
        Yuhua Zheng, female, was born in February 1986. She received her PhD in management from China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in 2016. She focused her efforts in the fields of corporate finance and carbon finance market. She used to participate in several national and provincial research projects. She has published 7 papers in journals at home and abroad and participated in the compilation of 1 monograph.
